At the summit, we proposed drawing up a defensive and security arrangement among the Muslim countries to unify the world of Islam and serve the human dignity and sustainable peace in the world. …today Iraq has been occupied by forces from lands thousands of kilometers away, while they keep accusing Iran of meddling in Iraq's domestic affairs. …According to the fourth article of NPT, all member states have the right for access to peaceful nuclear technology, while the third one says that no member can be deprived of such an inalienable right for any reason. We too have been proceeding within the NPT framework. …They recommend us not to produce nuclear fuel, since they would supply it. Is there a guarantee that they would provide us with the suitable fuel on time and at a reasonable price? …We are not authorized to hold talks on the principles of right to make peaceful use of nuclear technology.
