The Most Well-Armed, Belligerent and Dangerous Nation

O orçamento militar venezuelano que decresceu nos últimos anos é pouco mais de um bilhão de dólares, ou seja, 0,25% do orçamento do cruel irmão maior. Pergunto: quem exagera em despesas militares? O país de Chavez ou o de Bush? Quantos países os Estados Unidos invadiram direta ou indiretamente desde o fim da segunda grande guerra? Muitos e não posso precisar o número. Quantos países a Venezuela ameaçou de apedrejar no mesmo período. Esta é fácil: nenhum.
